Log 50. Myrtle downer log. An old log recovered from a previously harvested forest. There is some centre rot at the butt, and a large slab off one side. It has good colour and should yield some useful timber due to its size. Length 5.1 m, butt diameter 88 cm, head diameter 82 cm, volume 2.89 m3, weight about 3180 kg.
