IST Geeveston has a fully functional workshop which can prepare and finish timber to your specifications.
Rates are as follows:
- Slab Preparation by Wood Wiz - to 1.8 m wide x 4.0 m long, $120.00 per hour but $140.00 per hour from 1 July 2025.
- Thicknesser (helical cutters) to 600 mm wide, 3 - 100 mm thick, $150.00 per hour but $165.00 per hour from 1 July 2025.
- Drum Sander to 600 mm wide, 2 - 100 mm thick - $150.00 per hour but $165.00 per hour from 1 July 2025
- Dry Mill Bandsaw, 32 mm blade, 600 mm throat, 300 mm cut depth - $150.00 per hour but $165.00 per hour from 1 July 2025
- Timber Docking, timber to 600 mm wide and 125 mm thick - $150.00 per hour but $165.00 per hour from 1 July 2025.
