Log 48. Myrtle downer log. An old log recovered from a previously harvested forest. There is pithy rot showing at both ends. There is significant spiral grain, as the photos show. Length 5.1m, butt diameter 81 cm, head diameter 73 cm, volume 2.37 m3, weight about 2610 kg.
