Log 14. Sassafras log. There is black heart at both ends, pithy at the butt. There is a bend 2m from the butt, and inclusions along the log. Length 4.5 m, butt diameter 47 cm, head diameter 40 cm, volume 0.67 m3, weight about 730 kg.
